Techniques for activating, stimulating and purifying chakras

This is a very powerful but simple technique that I use myself when I feel problems in one of my chakras. It does not take much time (no more than 10-20 minutes a day) and can be done anywhere - on the street, at work, at home, etc.

I visualize chakra symbols during the exercise, but the exercise is effective even without them if the visualization causes problems. The exercise can be started with any of the chakras, you can also only work with one chakra in case of a problem is only in one chakra. I will give an example of how I do it, but you can vary it as you see fit.

Exercise is done once a day. I start with the first chakra and visualize the symbol of the first chakra. Then I "inhale" this symbol in the first chakra. Of course, breathing takes place physically through the mouth or nose, however, it is necessary to visualize that symbol passing through the chakra. The first chakra is usually inhaled vertically - from the bottom up (from earth to sky). Fills the chakra and exhales in the opposite direction. The other chakras breathe horizontally - inhale from the front, fill the chakra, and exhale. But there will be no big mistake if it is forgotten and you breathe with all the chakras equally. One chakra exercise should last 2-4 minutes, however, if any of the chakras have serious problems, I suggest increasing this time or repeating the exercise with chakra more often.

I then move on to the second chakra, visualize the symbol of the second chakra and inhale/exhale it horizontally. For about 2-4 minutes. Don't look at the clock, do it intuitively. The same is repeated with the other chakras, using the corresponding chakra symbols. At the very end, inhale and exhale vertically through all the chakras from the bottom up and top to bottom, also for 2-4 minutes.

I recommend taking such a course for 30 days in the beginning. After 30 days, your chakra condition will be significantly improved, energy will flow freely and cells will be filled with energy.

Such an exercise is important not only for me as a healer to maintain high vibrations in the body, but it is important for anyone who cares about their health. Pay attention to your body if you have to problems in any part of the body, which means that the chakra is weak and unable to supply cells with the energy required. For example, if you have heart problems, then accordingly, the fourth chakra is weak. If stomach problems, then the third chakra is most likely to blame. If you have skin problems, then the seventh chakra. If the unstable nervous system, stress, and annexation, then work with the sixth chakra. I always recommend working beyond weaker chakras, it's recommended to train all of the chakras.

Myths of alchemy

The first myth I want to overturn is the myth of trying to make gold in our laboratories. There have certainly been attempts to create gold, which I do not deny, but not with the aim of becoming rich, but with interest and curiosity. Or they weren't real alchemists at all. Why dedicate our lives and time to something we can gain more quickly and easily using our skills and knowledge? We know how to heal people, subject and change events, influence global processes, and so on. Didn't we really have a better way to get gold? Of course, we did not sacrifice the long hours of our lives in laboratories to create gold driven by the goal of survival. Yes, we had laboratories, but we had them for other purposes. We needed them to create alchemical essences for transmutations. This is a topic that I do not plan to talk about yet. And it has always been a hidden topic. People who are not consecrated to alchemy also make no sense of these essences. They are important only to us, alchemists. In parallel with these essences, we dealt with practical chemistry, because there was nothing supernatural or mystical about it. This camouflage march allowed us to keep our lives, our laboratories, and to keep our true practices a secret. There were always people who were willing to pay us enough for what we know and can do - by the way, even today.

The next myth is the philosopher's stone. For those who do not know, this myth is based on the fact that alchemists seem to have dedicated their lives to creating a philosopher's stone in the laboratory, which gives wisdom, enlightenment, and, above all, immortality. And some have even succeeded :) Alchemy is the highest art of esotericism, which in itself gradually leads its adept to wisdom and enlightenment. We work very much with ourselves, with our character, with our ego reactions, gradually gaining peace and harmony. This is also the so-called enlightenment. A good alchemist cannot be evil, envious, greedy, power-hungry, or overwhelmed by other ego reactions that obscure his ability to reason and think logically. We operate according to the laws of the universe, or cosmogony. The greater the neutrality and harmony of an alchemist, the greater the master of his field. It really takes years to achieve inner harmony, but it is not the years spent in the laboratory with the test tubes, but the years dedicated to working with yourself, with your ego reactions. As for immortality, there are indeed alchemists who have achieved it, but one does not need to understand immortality from the point of view of the physical body.

Is an old, poorly functioning body really that important?

Maybe for someone who does not understand the life cycle. We do not live only one life, we live alternately in the physical world and in the astral world, and both options are equally great.

Why would we, alchemists, want to live in the same body forever?

We also have friends in the astral world that we want to meet, we are attracted not only by the physical world, but we also have enough interesting things to do in the astral world. Immortality is to be understood as the fact that we reincarnate with an unlocked or partially unlocked memory when we remember after birth who we are, who we were, and what our purpose is. This is true immortality when we change the body without losing anything of ourselves, without losing memory, as is the case with almost all people. This skill is rare in anyone, but it can be acquired through higher alchemy. There is no point in killing such a person because he will also return and continue what he has started and will continue to achieve his goals. Yes, he can only be removed for a while, but what is the point and who will want to have such a strong evil in the astral world? Especially knowing that an alchemist is never one, we form an alchemist's egregor, we support each other and it makes us even stronger. An alchemist is very well aware of the short-term nature of his body and to cling to it with all his might is as foolish. Only a person who has nothing more than temporary power or wealth is ready to strive for physical immortality with all his might because he is afraid of losing what belongs to him in the physical world. The master of alchemy has no such fear because he can always return and use his knowledge to achieve what he wants again and again. The main wealth is knowledge and skills that do not disappear with the death of the physical body and do not disappear after reincarnation. This is real immortality.

The last topic I want to talk about very briefly is books about alchemy. If you want to understand what alchemy really is, forget all the books you have read on the subject. There are no real books on alchemy. No one has ever risked writing such. If so, they are encrypted texts that the average reader will not understand. The reason for this is quite simple: persecution, the accusation of witchcraft, the Inquisition, and death. Alchemists wrote books, but in them, you will not find anything about real alchemy and secret knowledge. These will certainly not be open explanatory texts on the practices of alchemy and its philosophy. Everything related to alchemy was disguised and hidden. Also, the formulas of alchemy mentioned in some books or articles do not make sense to repeat in the light of modern knowledge, because the elements that are in alchemy are completely different from what we understand in modern chemistry. For example, mercury in alchemy is a completely different element than we know it in modern chemistry, so there is no point in trying to make gold from it or laughing at the dark minds of alchemists. In the real practice of alchemy, nothing is what it looks like on paper, or as seen by a person who is not consecrated in this sacred realm of esotericism. Knowledge of alchemy is passed on from the teacher, through initiations, not books. If you really want to learn alchemy, there is no other way than to look for a real, living alchemy teacher, and I emphasize again - a real one, not one who has read several books and started calling himself an alchemist.

What is the Souls Group

We each have our own group of souls or families that are formed under certain circumstances. One should not confuse the family of souls with the physical family. Sometimes they overlap, but very rarely. How is a family of souls formed? We live many lives and meet many people. Someone with whom we have a particularly close relationship and common interests, we also want to be together after physical death. Gradually someone with similar interests joins us, with whom we are very comfortable and pleasant. Gradually, this group grows larger and thus forms a family of souls, where souls support and help each other, and spend time together. When one of these groups decides to reincarnate, the others support and help him, despite the fact that they will have to divorce for several years. Astral beings are well aware that during reincarnation, memory is lost and contact with the soul is lost. When the soul chooses to reincarnate, it is accompanied by the family of souls.

Sometimes several souls decide to reincarnate simultaneously in order to meet in the physical world. This can happen in one family, in one city, or country. When they meet, they develop a special relationship, even though they don't remember each other. It can be like a very close relationship between children of one family - siblings, it can be a close relationship between friends or partners, a parent, and children. But such relationships are always special. After physical death, our memory gradually unlocks and we begin to remember our group of souls and return to it again. It was once a widespread tradition, the birth of soul groups in one physical family that formed strong families. But nowadays, this tradition rarely exists. Very often people in one physical family are complete strangers and after physical death, they no longer want to be together, but each goes to their own group.

What is Karma

Karma is not a punishment for some sins. Karma is the mechanism of cause and effect - any action produces consequences. There is a reason for any situation. Karma can be negative, neutral and positive. Each of our actions is karmic because every action has consequences. They can be positive, neutral or negative. For example, a positive karmic effect is usually when a person decides to develop, to learn to develop. Negative, for example, when a person has drowned in one of his past lives and has given him a strong shock. The karmic effect can be that one is afraid of water in the next life. Once again, I would like to emphasize that karma is not a punishment for some sins from past lives. Usually people have a question, what happens to those bad people who have killed someone but have not been punished? Do they then go unpunished? There is no hell, no paradise, no higher punishment mechanism. But such people do not go unpunished. In the astral world, there is no physical matter that restricts the movement and communication of souls. As such, it is not easy for such people in the astral world, for those who have been harmed by it will do their utmost to make their life in the astral world as uncomfortable as possible. This is also karma. Very often these people are forced to reincarnate in the physical world as quickly as possible to escape such intolerable circumstances. And this usually happens without much consideration of the circumstances under which he is born - he reincarnates in the first body that happens to be. However, such an escape from his ills is only a temporary escape - sooner or later he will return to the astral world.

So if karma is a cause-effect relationship, not a punitive mechanism, what does bad karma mean and how can it be changed? Bad karma means our negative attitude or reaction to a process that does not cause any negative reaction to other people. When we change karma, we change attitudes to certain processes. It means, for example, getting rid of some fear, it means changing your attitude towards yourself, loving yourself. It means changing attitudes towards other people, animals or things. There are many examples, depending on what caused this negative attitude or reaction. If this negative karma has begun to develop in this life, then by analyzing the negative situation that triggered the negative reaction, one must work on self-improvement to get rid of that reaction. If this situation, which has triggered a strong negative reaction, has been very traumatic, then it is even more necessary to work on the problem so that it does not create negative karma in later life. If negative karma comes from past lives, then the most effective way to get rid of this karma is to remember the life that has had this emotional trauma that triggered negative karma, or a negative reaction to some process. If this is not possible, then it involves a great deal of work on your part to reverse a negative reaction to a harmonic or neutral reaction.

If you have negative karma, if you are unlucky in life, if you have health problems, etc., you should not even think that it is a punishment for something from past lives. No higher force punishes anyone in the universe, there is no such mechanism. God does not punish anyone. Each consequence has its own cause. If you were born with a sick body, then this is not a punishment. This means that, at the time of reincarnation, you have not been able to adequately assess the quality and risks of embryo health, you have not sufficiently evaluated your prospective parents' ability to create a healthy embryo. Is it karma? Yes! There is a cause (poor embryo or bad genetics) and there are consequences (your health problems). If you are not successful in money transactions then you may have had a history of negative financial experience, lack of skills, unreasonable fear of big money or some other reason. There are many reasons why.

Changing your karma requires a great deal of work with yourself. It is necessary to raise your vibrations, to get rid of fear, anger or other ego reactions. You have to learn to love yourself, your life and the people around you. Suffering does not relieve negative karma, and suffering can lead to new karmic effects and injuries. Only inner harmony with one's self and surroundings can change negative karma.

In this article, I will talk about the human life cycle - birth, death, or astral transition and life in the astral world. There are many versions of what the astral world is and what is happening in it, but rarely are any of these versions true. Mostly the astral world is viewed through the prism of religion, but in this article, there will be no religion, no angels, no demons, and no mystical image. I will tell you to step by step how things are going for real, as left by people who really remember their past and life in the astral world, people who do not lose their memory at birth. No fantasy, no religion, no mystics.

The cycle begins with physical life, after physical death, there is a gradual transition of 50 days to the astral state. In the astral world, we live a certain life and we spend a certain amount of time (of your choice). In the astral world, we spend most of our lives. Physical life is much shorter than astral life. Many people do not remember it and think that the physical body is the only one in their life that he owns. But in reality, it is only a small episode of our entire existence, and it is the physical body that really does not belong to man. We temporarily borrow these physical elements from the planet for our bodies and return them with interest at the time of death. We take the small body, give back the big one And so until the next reincarnation.

Incarnation in the body

If death in the physical world means being born in the astral world, the opposite is exactly the same. Born into the physical world means something like a death in the astral world. When we decide to incarnate in the physical body, our friends in the astral world lose contact with us for many years, they mourn over us just as we mourn the physical world for their departures. The only difference is that astral beings are aware that it is a divorce only temporarily, not for life.

The embryonic moment of incarnation is the most unpleasant thing a person can experience throughout their life cycle. However, this is a necessary process and we are conscious of it. Even the moment of death is not as unpleasant as the moment of incarnation. Embryo incarnation takes place from 3-5 months of pregnancy. This is the moment when the mother senses the baby's first movements. The mother is happy to feel her baby, but at that moment the baby experiences the most intense shock and the most painful moment any human can ever experience. These are not only physically uncomfortable feelings, but complete blocking of memory and the loss of self as a personality for a long time. Everything we knew is disappearing. From an advanced personality, we become primitive being with a locked memory. Memory gradually unlocks only after physical death within 3 years. During this period, one remembers all his life again.

Memory locking is a peculiar and necessary protective mechanism. There are some people who have no or only partial memory lock (usually for esoterics). Young children are still able to remember their past lives. Adults can remember previous life episodes with the help of special techniques.

By the 3rd month, the embryo has no soul, it is like a tumor that develops into a body. Astral beings are able to see this new energy form and, if free, can incarnate. The soul can only incarnate in the human body and only one soul can incarnate in one body. The soul is indivisible - one soul can incarnate in only one body at a time. Man cannot incarnate in an animal or plant or on another planet, in another form of life. The soul has no gender, we have lived in the bodies of both women and men because we cannot choose the gender. The astral being can’t see the sex or health problem of the embryo. Astral beings see energy but not the physical world. There are astral beings who choose their next body very carefully, observe their parents as much as they can, and gather information, but there are astral beings who choose very carelessly - they see a free embryo and incarnate without assessing possible risks, without considering possible health problems, living conditions, religion, family spiritual values, etc. But whatever the choice, it is always the choice of the soul - no one can force anyone to incarnate. Other souls can recommend, or coax, but cannot be compelled. The more advanced the soul, the better choice it is able to make. The more advanced the soul, the sooner it is able to incarnate in the embryo - accordingly, such a soul has a greater chance of choosing the best option. Faster than the third month of pregnancy, it is technically practically impossible for the soul to incarnate because the full chakra system is not yet capable of being formed. The chakra system is formed at the moment of incarnation. At the moment of incarnation, the embryo can finally be considered alive. Even before, he is biologically alive, but he is not human, it is only biological matter.

Every person has a goal before reincarnation, what he wants to work on in his future life, what problem he wants to solve, what talent he wants to develop, what experience he wants to experience, or just the choice to enjoy life. Based on these wishes, the most appropriate circumstances, family, and parents are chosen. However, there is always room for error, and not always what we wanted to achieve is possible when circumstances change. There are souls who are unable to fulfill one purpose in several lifetimes. The stronger the soul group/family is, the more likely it is that a person will realize their plans.

We are the result of many lives and many experiences. We are not born as a white leaf whose character formation is dependent on family traditions and genetics. Yes, family plays a very important role in our spiritual development, but basically, we are the person we were before embryo incarnation - with the same talents, the same value system, with the same behavior pattern. While our physical family is strongly influenced by early childhood, our true character begins to manifest itself in our teens. If we like and are attracted to something, it means that we have liked it in our past lives. If we have a particular talent, it means that we have done it in our past lives and developed that talent. Parent genetics affect our physical body, but not our talents and tastes.

Death, or the transition to the astral world

Physical or biological death occurs when doctors detect cardiac and respiratory stops and 9 minutes have elapsed. During these 9 minutes, it is still possible to return to physical life. However, it is not possible to return later. The human body has a maximum life span of 160 years, it can no longer be able to serve and needs to be replaced like worn out and unfit clothing. The physical body is something we do not own, we borrow it for a certain period of time, use it and return it to earth. One should not perceive the physical body as something more than a favorite piece of clothing, which eventually becomes useless. For a person who thinks he is mortal and does not believe in life after death, does not believe in reincarnation, the moment of death is perceived as a tragedy, as the end of everything. It is much easier for a person who is aware of his immortal soul to perceive the moment of death as he realizes that one stage in his life is over and the next one will begin, waiting for him to meet his friends and loved ones who are waiting for him in the astral world. There is a certain cyclicality to everything in life, something begins, something ends, and nothing is eternal. The moment of transition is not a tragedy. In the astral world, it is a feast, because the souls will meet again. No one dies or disappears forever. We will always have the opportunity to meet again and be together.

If one does not understand the structure of the astral world, it is very easy to manipulate and deceive him. This is exactly what many religions do - deliberately misleading and intimidating people to build their influence based on their ignorance. Also, astral beings can manipulate a person who has just died and is unaware of these transition processes.

So 9 minutes have passed and death has occurred. These 9 minutes are followed by 2 cycles of 50 hours and 50 days. During the 50-hour cycle, the astral, mental, and etheric bodies are separated from the physical body. The etheric body is part of the physical body, and through this body, the soul is able to see and feel the physical world after death as long as this etheric body decays and fades away. After that, only the astral and mental bodies, which form one whole and are indivisible, remain - that is our soul. The soul does not detach from the body quickly, as shown in feature films, this process is gradually taking place within 50 hours. The exception is when the body is burned immediately after death, then the separation takes place very quickly. Full-body cremation (up to coal and ash) is one of the best ways to get rid of a dead body. If this cremation occurs immediately after death, it greatly helps the soul to break free and begin the process of adaptation faster. If this cremation occurs only after a 50-hour cycle, then it no longer matters.

How separation happens? The mental and astral bodies are evenly distributed throughout the physical body. The astral body has energetic thickening or chakras. First of all, energy begins to unite and gather in these chakra thickenings - the legs and arms begin to draw together to the nearest chakra. First, the elements that do not have chakras - hands and feet - are separated. Then the chakras themselves begin to pull together from the bottom up - first, the first chakra separates, then the second, etc., creating an energetic sphere. It then begins to pass through the head, through the 7th chakra, and sometimes through the back of the head. However, due to the etheric body, there remains a connection with the physical body, such as the astral umbilical cord, for some time. At the end of the 50-hour cycle, there is complete separation from the physical body. The etheric body continues to wrap itself around the astral and mental bodies as such. It is this ethereal sheath that helps to maintain physical perception for the next 50 days. The etheric body gradually breaks down over the next 50 days - sight, smell, and hearing, all of which are slowly disappearing.

The 50-day cycle is a slow transition from the physical world to the astral. It does not happen that after death you lose hearing, vision, and sensations. If it were like that, it would be a huge shock. In general, everything is reasonable, so there is a 50-day transition period that allows you to adjust to the new circumstances, gradually shifting from one state to another. At the first moment after death, everything is just like before death, we see our body from which we begin to separate. We see and hear through our etheric body, but we do not feel pain, we cannot move our physical body and speak. But as the days go by, we begin to see the astral world - very minimal at first, but more and more evident with each passing day. However, the more we see elements of the astral world, the less we see the physical world. At the end of the 50-day cycle, the physical world disappears completely and remains astral only. The soul does not leave the world. The world we all live in is the same, not a hell nor a paradise. Astral beings are around us, but we do not see them and astral beings do not see us. We coexist in one world.

In this 50-day cycle, it is very difficult to see and distinguish our soul groups. But the beings of the astral world see us. We are not able to distinguish our friends from enemies. The soul does not have the appearance of the physical body, the soul is like an energy sphere without age and sex. It's just a myth that after we die, our dead relatives are greeted by their physical appearance, like ghosts as we remember them. Yes, our soul group does expect us, but we do not distinguish and recognize them. It takes time.

There is another period - a 3-year period. Within 3 years, human is still adapting after physical death. During this period, the memory of all past lives gradually unlocks. After 3 years, the memory is fully unlocked and you can start planning your next reincarnation if you wish. It is absolutely not necessary to do this before the end of this 3-year period, because human is not yet able to fully analyze all situations and circumstances, and is not yet able to distinguish friends from enemies. Such a person is easy to manipulate and deceive. It is easy to get persuaded to reincarnate in inappropriate conditions. One does not need to perceive astral beings as angels who have been cast. Astral beings are exactly the same person as they are in the physical body - with their pros, and cons, their good and bad qualities, their ego, and so on. We do not change after death, we just gradually begin to remember our past lives. Therefore, it must be taken into account that in the astral world we also have adversaries who want to harm us. And it is precisely these kinds of ills that can try to deceive us after death and try to persuade us to reincarnate as quickly as possible in some adverse circumstances. Therefore, it is very important to remember - no reincarnation in less than 3 years. Our true friends would never ask us for anything like that. Reincarnation is purely a voluntary choice. Since we do not have the physical body and the physical senses, the only way our enemies can harm us is to get us reincarnated in very bad conditions. Even the nicest and finest human in the world has someone who can't stand him, or simply wants to take revenge for something. At the end of this period, we are finally full-fledged astral beings with unlocked memory and able to make decisions, able to distinguish our friends from enemies.

Life in the astral world

The astral world is the same world we live in, only we have other organs of perception. Nobody tells us to go somewhere, to leave our favorite place. Everyone has the free choice to be where he wants and to do what he wants. In the astral world, we usually live with our soul family, with our soul groups. Although there are no more restrictions on the physical space, many continue to reside where they have lived their physical lives for some time after their death in their physical home. But they see things in a completely different way. At the end of the 50-day cycle, physical perception - vision, hearing, smell, and astral vision - has disappeared. Although everything is different, it is not something worse or less beautiful. We continue to see the physical living entities, not as physical matter, but as astral energetic formations, certain contours. No one is able to force an astral being to leave a place, absolutely no one, no pastor, no extrasensory, no other astral being. An astral being can only decide to go if he so wishes. If he doesn't, no one will force him. We live with astral beings, we live in parallel. We do not see astral beings and astral beings see us only as energetic formations, they do not see our physical bodies.

In the astral world, we can educate, spend time with our loved ones, plan for the next reincarnation, and help our loved ones in the physical world. In the astral world, we can travel because we are not limited by physical matter. We can move at the speed of thought. We can move anywhere in the galaxy, and visit other planets. But we do not see them with physical vision, only with the astral. The whole perception is different. We can only be born on our planet - we cannot be born on another planet in another civilization and no other planet civilization can be born on our planet. It is not possible. We are attached directly to our planet as long as our planet exists and the planetary spirit of our life is here.

Communication between astral beings is telepathic through domes - this is how we talk, argue, and plan. We have no language barriers. We all look alike - energy spheres in the size of a large orange. We do not have the physical differences we had in the physical body. We know each other by personal vibrations. They are individual and completely different. There are no two beings with identical vibrations - similar yes but identical no. I will try to explain what personal vibrations are. For example, try to remember one of your classmates from a very early age who you haven't met since school and whose look you no longer remember. But the moment you think of him, it evokes certain feelings in you, and associates those feelings with him and not with anyone else, no matter how he looks. Remembering another person will have other feelings again. These are the individual vibrations of humans. When we meet this person in the astral world, we recognize him through these feelings. The closer we are to someone, the easier and faster we are to recognize him.

Planning of the next Reincarnation

The next reincarnation is usually planned together, in the company of related souls. Successful reincarnation depends on a number of factors - parent choice, place of birth, and alignment of births with related souls. The more successful the planning, the greater the chance to realize your plans and goals for the next life. It is easiest and fastest to reincarnate in the family of our soul group. This is because we have similar vibrations - so we have an energy preference over others. Affiliated souls may become embedded faster than others from the third month of pregnancy. If the embryo is for someone other than our soul group, the incarnation is possible only after the 4th month of pregnancy. The speed of incarnation also depends on the development of the soul - the higher the vibration of the soul, the more advanced it is, and the faster it can incarnate. There is no random principle here - energy closer and higher are preferred, and others have to choose from what is left. The fight for free bodies is big enough and there are not so many good options. We cannot plan our next sex, and we cannot predict or see the health of the embryo, but we can plan the place where we want to be born and choose our future parents. Yes, it is we who choose our parents, and there is no accidental principle here. If our choices have been bad, it is our own fault and failure to plan. If we do not take precedence over another, more advanced soul, then it is our own fault, because no one prevents us from developing. What Is Reiki Energy And Where Does It Come From?

Often people, and also Reiki teachers, have misconceptions about what this energy is and where it comes from. This can be explained by the fact that these teachers have been trained incorrectly or lacked in-depth knowledge on the subject. They explain that somewhere up in space there is something like an abstract energetic object to which we connect and thus draw in this healing energy. But this source of energy is everywhere - in space, on earth, and within us - it is everywhere and we draw it from all around us, not from some mystical reservoir somewhere far away in space. We (Reiki practitioners) do not create this energy ourselves, but we only attract and direct it through our chakra system.

How does this energy enter our bodies?

Reiki energy enters our body through the 2 chakras - simultaneously through the 1st and 7th chakras. This is a very painful subject for Reiki practitioners who have been taught that Reiki energy only enters the body through the 7th Chakra. They see this energy flowing in only one direction, from top to bottom. They think that the energy coming from below is in some way "dirty". It was this bias that led to the creation of this single-channel Reiki in Japan, and it was this direction that gained worldwide popularity. By its very nature, it is a very shortened version of Reiki that Mikao Usui was forced to introduce due to the biases of the Japanese government.

Popular Reiki books have 2 statements that contradict each other. The first statement is that Reiki energy is always neutral and cannot harm anyone - neither us nor those around us or patients. This is absolutely true. However, after several pages, there is a section dedicated to clearing up bad energy when working with patients during a session. If the first statement is true and fully demonstrates the nature of Reiki energy, then the second is in complete contradiction with the first and causes prejudice. The master must learn to think, not blindly copy others. If the energy is neutral in nature, it cannot become "bad" or "dirty" during the session.

So we get Reiki energy at the 1st and 7th chakras at the same time - there are two channels that flow in both directions at the same time. Further, this energy is distributed through our chakras, through the energy channels, through the meridians, and into every cell of our body. It is important to know that when Reiki energy enters our chakras, it is transformed. It does not become any different, but as it flows into each of the chakras, it acquires additional qualities from the chakras. At the highest levels of Reiki Master (4-7), we can use all of these transformed energies for even greater healing effects. When we fill our bodies with Reiki energy, we gain the ability to transfer that energy to other living entities. This is the basic mechanism of Reiki healing. The center of palms has portals, the most powerful energy channels through which energy can be transmitted. They are not the only energy channels in our body but the most powerful. There are masters who transmit energy through other channels - feet, forehead, heart, etc. For example, during the practice of Chakra Cloning (Master Level 7), the Master sits down with the patient so that the two chakras are in contact they are as close as possible to each other and the Master creates his own chakra clones in the patient's body. It happens directly through the chakras.

Reiki by its very nature is a very simple and effective healing system. It is completely safe and can be used by anyone - children, pregnant, the elderly, animals, and plants. Energy gets in every part of the body and as a result, you receive all the healing benefits.

Best technique for raising your own vibrations

This is a very powerful technique that I also used a lot when I started esotericism. Now it is like a daily routine for me and I do it automatically. This practice can be done anytime, anywhere, in any mood. The more often the better, the more difficult the circumstances, the better.

The purpose of this practice is to learn to share unconditional love - it is the most effective way to connect with your Higher Self, raise vibrations, and get rid of your ego reactions.

For the first time, I suggest trying this in calm conditions to understand this technique. First, fill your heart with a strong sense of love. If it seems complicated, then imagine something or someone you love dearly, best is your child, if you have one, or someone close to you who is not associated with romantic feelings. Fill your heart, the entire chakra region of your heart with this feeling of love. When you feel that you are no longer capable of getting more of this feeling, start radiating that feeling from your heart chakra to people animals, plants, or even a group of people.

Do this for about 5 minutes. Observe the reaction from the being or person to whom you sent this love. Exercise daily for at least 3 months. It does not require much time and can be done anywhere - at work, in a meeting, in transport, in the theater, anywhere. You will soon notice that people or animals will calm down around you as you practice. The more often you train, the faster your vibrations and general well-being will rise.

This is a very powerful amulet and should not be treated lightly. It is an alchemy amulet that will last you forever as long as it exists. Practice how to remember previous lives

Practice can be done alone or in pairs - one of you is the process leader, and the other is the patient. Make sure no one can disturb you because your eyes need to be closed during practice. If you open your eyes, you'll need to start all over again. A lying position is recommended, but most importantly, you need to be comfortable.

Step-by-step instructions:

- First, formulate the question you want to answer, and evoke the feelings associated with it.

- Remember your brightest memory. Recall all the details - the feelings, the visualizations of your surrounding, the things you thought, the time, the smells, the weather, and so on. Stay in these memories for about 2-5 minutes.

- Remember your earliest memories, your first childhood memories. As detailed as before. 2-5 minutes. Each stage is 2-5 minutes.

- In these next steps, fantasy can be used because real memories are locked and forgotten. But even in these next stages, real memories can return. Remember yourself at 6 months, in great detail. How do you feel, what are you doing, what you are wearing, whether - it is warm or cold, you feel safe or scared, etc. 2-5 minutes.

- Now the same, but at 4 months. 2-5 minutes.

- Now 2 months old. 2-5 minutes.

- Now remember yourself in mom's belly. How did you feel if you had a lot of space, whether it was light or dark, did you feel safe or heard something, etc. 2-5 minutes.

In this technique, being committed to the process and trusting what you see is important - unlocks logic and analysis. Another important nuance - if you see yourself from the sidelines, it is definitely a fantasy. In your true memories, you can only see events in your body, with your own eyes. Our memories are created through our sense organs, they cannot be formed or fixed from the outside.

The purpose of the process is to trick and bypass the memory blocks that are put on during the new incarnation. It is a powerful defense mechanism that is difficult to bypass. Most likely, you'll fail the first time. After about 10 such practices you will already see results and memories will come to you much easier.

The essence of any esoteric practice is the right form of thoughts - it is the right articulation of the goal you want to achieve. It is a mental form that is filled with energy and released for realization. But you do not have to be an esotericist to create such mental forms to bring about the events you want. However remember that your desires must never violate the free will of any other person. If you do not, consider the karmic consequences.

I chose money as an example, but you can create such mental forms for any area of life - health, success, family, a particular event, and so on.

So, let's say your goal is to make more money and grow your business. If you are practicing energy practices like Reiki, you can connect with that energy. If you are unfamiliar with such practices, you can do without them. Creates an energy sphere in your thoughts – it can be in your mind, over your head or in front of you - it doesn't matter. When the sphere is ready, start filling it with a dynamic plan of action. For example, visualize an active business process where you have a lot of customers who want your services, they are making money for you, and they are happy with your services. Business is expanding and your bank account is filling up with money. If you produce something, you visualize an active production process, you have a lot of employees, everyone is busy, etc. Imagine everything in great detail and above all, dynamic, as an active process. If you are an employee and you work for a company and want a salary raise or promotion, visualize how your boss notices and appreciates you, likes your ideas or the quality of your job, how your salary is raised, and sees a great potential in you, and so on. If you are looking for a job, visualize how you find your dream job, go to a job interview that is successful, offer you a good salary, bypass your competitors and be happy accepted into the new team.

Once you have filled the sphere with all this dynamic process, think of sending the sphere to where you want it to come to realisation. If it is a specific company or house, then send it there and cover the whole house or even the city with this sphere. If it is an internet business, send it around the world - wherever you want your customers from. The more accurate the site selection, the better the result. If you are not an esoteric, this form of thoughts will not have a great deal of power, but if you keep it up to date you will have results. What is the difference between form of thought made by an esoteric? They are filled with energy that enhances the power of realization - the stronger the esoteric, the stronger the form of thought and the faster the realization.

Avoid the following mistakes:

- You do not need to visualize an already fully completed process when you have already achieved what you really are not. If you fantasize, for example, that you are a millionaire and enjoy life in your new villa, you will give signal to the universe that your goal has already been achieved and you don't need anything else. So the process needs to be dynamic and progress oriented.

- Don't sit back and wait for the money to start falling from the sky - you have to start acting on the process you put into the sphere and start working actively.

- Choose the location to send the sphere correctly. The location you want to influence is what will bring you money. If it is a specific store then it will be the whole city or area where the customers in your store will come from, if it is an internet business then it will be the country or countries where your customers will come from. If you want to sell a house it will be the city or country where you expect the potential buyer. If you just want to increase the productivity of your company or production, you can send the sphere to your company.

So the purpose of the form of thoughts is to look for people who will resonate with your idea. It is not manipulation because whoever does not need it will not react to it, but whoever is interested in it will notice you and respond.

Don't be afraid to make mistakes and experiment. If you are not sure whether you have done everything correctly, then repeat the process with other ideas or another outlet. Search for your right option.

Mental Alchemy

Alchemy is the highest form of esoteric, it has been forgotten for the most part for the last 250 years until recently.

The name alchemy comes from the word ala-Kimiya (Ala is short for Asgala). Word Kimiya was used by ancient doctors to express pour or mix. The practice of Alchemy comes from the previous Laien civilization (more commonly known as the civilization of Atlantis) as a practice of cosmogony esoteric. First priests gained and practice this knowledge in Asgala. Asgala is an ancient region and energy location between modern-day Turkey and Bulgaria. Currently, it’s the energetically biggest and strongest place in the world. Before the 2015 earthquake, it was Shambala (Nepal region).

Historically alchemists had two goals to achieve from alchemy:

First: gain precious metals/elements from simple elements.

Second: find philosophers stone that can make you immortal and bring luck.

If you look at these things literally they seem like fairytales, but if you view them from a correct perspective they become real and achievable. There is a much deeper meaning hidden under it. Of course, you can’t get gold from lead or iron, but by cleansing, we can create something clean and honorable. This means to clean your soul from your ego, to be in control of your inner you, and achieve balance and harmony. By achieving these things it lets you gain wealth and power, power to control people and processes around you. Have to mention, that thanks to the misuse of alchemy modern-day society have made huge discoveries in chemistry that we know today.

The meaning of the Philosopher's Stone is also to be understood in a different way. Immortality does not mean to live forever in one body, but instead, it means not to lose experience, knowledge, and memory at the time of reincarnation. An immortal person is one who does not lose a part of himself at the time of reincarnation and does not lose his value system, experience, and memories from previous lives. Such a person no longer plans his life as one, but many to come after the first. Happiness means the ability to rejoice at the little things around you every day - to enjoy life as it is - to understand yourself and the essence of things.

Understanding the right alchemy opens up much more manipulation and transmutation possibilities, it makes it possible to change events, and situations, change one's life, attract the necessary events and people, get harmony, even change the weather and influence important world processes. How is Alchemy Implemented in Practice?

Alchemist is a person belonging to the Alchemy Egregor or a community that unites all alchemists in both the physical and the astral world. In order to obtain affiliation to the Alchemy Egregor, a person needs special initiation. The Master of Alchemy is capable of performing divine transmutations and by its nature and realization ability is like a god but with a small letter.

Alchemist is practicing through alchemy egregor and 14 alchemy portals in several European cities. Portals are mental formations created by the Planetary Spirit. Each portal is responsible for a specific thing - for example, money, health, related souls, future impacts, world process management, etc. The Alchemist Master is also able to create his own Alchemy Portal for some very specific needs and practice within this portal. Connection with alchemical portals occurs at the mental level during practice. Such connection to the portal during the practice gives an enormous amount of power and power of realization, so it is important for an alchemist to be ethical and without ego because such realization force can be equally powerful as destructive. There are 4 elements - they are always subject to the authority of the adept. With the spirits of elements, we only have 2 options - either we run them, or they run us. If adepts want to create chaos in an element, it can only be done in the quantities that he is capable of coping with, otherwise, there may be trouble.

Alchemy Essences (Elements) - Azote, Mercury, Salt, Sulfur. These are not physical elements as in chemistry. These are essential essences - universal catalysts for divine transmutation - with their help the spells are created. The essence of alchemy increases and accelerates the realization of practice. How to learn alchemy?

Alchemy is a very sacred esoteric practice and cannot be learned by self-learning from books, especially since most of the books on alchemy are very far from the truth and their authors have nothing to do with the alchemy itself. The books can give you an approximate picture of alchemy, but you need a real alchemy teacher who is able to initiate and connect future adepts to alchemy egregor and 14 alchemy portals. Without these connections, alchemy practice is not possible.
