Ordering and Shipping
* Please indicate your programming preferences in the notes when ordering or send me a message. I recommend programming each amulet for only 1 need for maximum effectiveness. Possible programming options: Spiritual growth, Chakra activation, Harmony, Wealth, Money attraction, EMF protection, Health, Protection, Love, Etc. For personalized programming, I will need about a minute long video where you tell me your desires. Feel free to message me about sending video and personalized programming.
* I make charms / amulets myself, so I make them in about 1-3 weeks and then send them. If there are a lot of orders, it can take a little more time, but no more than 1 month. Please keep that in mind. If production time is very important to you, please contact me before making an order - inese.alchemist@gmail.com
* Standard International shipping worldwide from 7 euro.
* Express International shipping starting from 45 euro.
* The Estimated delivery time with free shipping in USA, Canada - 10-30, Europe 5-7, Asia 10-30 business days. High Alchemy is not responsible for delayed delivery of packages due to customs, weather-related issues or other global restrictions. In case the shipment is lost, a new package is sent. Please contact me if more than 30 days have passed and your package has not yet been delivered. A tracking number is provided for all shipments.
* The Estimated delivery time with express shipping 4-6 business days, depending on the country.
* I am sending with International Mailing service from Latvia (EU). All shipments are registered and tracked. If you have any questions regarding the shipping, please contact me.
* If for some reason the package is returned, you will be charged for the re-delivery. The cost will be calculated according to the weight of the package.
Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason you are unhappy with your High Alchemy purchase we will be very happy to offer a full refund or exchange providing you send it back within 14 days of receipt of the item.
Please note the following:
- All returned products must be unworn and undamaged.
- Returns are not possible for personalized orders, custom pieces
- Returned goods must be carefully packed so that they are not damaged during shipment. If the product is damaged during the return process, the money will not be returned and exchange will not be possible.
If you are outside the European Union, when returning a product, it is mandatory to indicate on the customs declaration that it is a returned product. If it is not indicated and we have to pay extra duty, then this amount will have to be reimbursed to the buyer or deducted from the refund.
Please note that High Alchemy cannot refund the delivery cost or any international tax or duties paid on non-faulty exchanged items.
If for some reason the package with exchanged goods is returned, you will be charged for the re-delivery. The cost will be calculated according to the weight of the package.
To organize a return please email inese.alchemist@gmail.com quoting your name, address, details of the product, the reason for return and whether you require a refund or replacement. I will email you within 48 hours with instructions for returning your item.
Any product(s) must be returned in their original High Alchemy packaging. Please pack the item carefully and ideally use a secure and tracked service for your own security purposes.
The money is refunded within 2-3 working days from the receipt of the product.
Order cancellation
The order can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once production has started, it can no longer be canceled or changed.
